Beginners : about 45 minutes on the Arve- Torrent de la Vallee
Initiates : about 1 hour on the Arveyron – Torrent de la Mer de Glace

For those who are active and not afraid of water ! Instruction is given on basic manoevres so that you can move into more exciting waters
